This report concerns a Final Tract Map for City Council approval
of the following condominium project:

Background
A Tentative Tract Map for the above project has been,.apnrov~d by
the City Planning Commission and the Final P9ap conforms to the
Tentative Map. The City Clerk's office reports that the developer
has either paid or agreed to pay the condominium tax. The build-
ing and Safety and Fire Departments indicate that the project
meets present fire safety requirements and that the owner has
agreed to install approved ionic smoke detector devices in each
unit. Approval by the County Engineer's office has been received
for the project.
Alternatives
State and City ordinances require approval of Final Tract Maps
cahich comply with approved Tentative Maps.
Recommendation
Inasmuch as the Final Map conforms to the approved Tentative T4ap
the buildings meet required safety standards and the tax has been
paid or an agreement to pay executed, it is respectfully recom-
mended that the Map be approved.
