Introduction -
This report concerns a Final Tract P4ap for City Council approval
of the following condominium project:
TRACT ADDRESS DEVELOPER UPIITS
34233 9.i3 Euclid street Joseph Dabby Six (new)
Background
A Tentative Tract P4ap for the above project has been approved by the
City Planning Commission and the Final Map conforms to the Tentative
Map. The City Clerk's office reports that the developer has either
paid or agreed to pay the condominium tax. The 3uilding and Safety
and Fire Departments indicate that the project meets present fire
safety requirements and that the owner has agreed to install approved
ionic smoke detector devices in each unit. Approval by the County
Engineer's office has been received for the project.
Alternatives
State and City ordinances require approval of Final Tract Maps which
comply with approved Tentative Pups.
Recommendation
Inasmuch as the Final Map conforms to the approved Tentative Map,
the buildings meet required safety standards and the tax has been
paid or an agreement to pay executed, it is respectfully recommended
that the Map be approved.
