SUBJECT: Final Tract Map Number 40252, 42 unit condominium,
1034-1048 Fourth Street, Harris Toibb
On September 18, 1978, the Planning Commission approved
Tentative Tract Map Number 40252 authorizing the subdivision
of a 42 unit condominium project at 1034-1048 Fourth Street.
Harris Toibb is proceeding with the project pursuant to a
Housing Incentive and Development Agreement.
On May 24, 1983, Final Tract Map Number 40252 was
reviewed and approved by the County Engineer. The County
Engineer has verified that the tax bond has been cleared. On
June 16, 1983, the condominium fees were paid to the Licensing
Department and the Final Tract Map was reviewed and approved
by the City Engineer. The City Engineer has verified that
Final Tract Map Number 40252 conforms to the tentative map and
is appropriate for approval by the City Council.

RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City Council
adopt the attached Resolution approving Final Tract Map Number
40252.
