This report transmits for second reading and ~~ r.
adoption, a proposed ordinance establishing procedures
for filing parcel maps and waiving the requirement for
parcel rnap in specified circumstances..
BACKGROUi1D
Tile bac}~grourrd of this proposed ordinance is
described in the attached report dated October 19, 1978.
Su;~sequent to first reading of the proposed
ordinance, staff has recorsnended a minor procedural
change in the proposed ordinance.
Specifically, staff recommends deletion of
the original provisions stating that the decisions of the
Zoning Adrniuistrator with regard to waiver of a parcel
map requirement are final and substitution therefor of the
right to appeal the Zoning Administrator's decisions to
the`Planning Commission. The attached ordinance reflects
this modification.
