BUILDING REGULATIONS.
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits for second reading and adoption
an ordinance iahich provides for incorporation by reference of
Uniform Building Code Appendix 11 "Covered Pull Buildings"
as modified by the Santa Monica Building and Safety Commission
March 13, 1978, and P4ay 16, 1979, into Section $103 of the
Santa 'Monica Municipal Code.
BACKGROUND
At its meeting of June 26, 1979, the City Council
reintroduced the attached ordinance. The attached staff
report explains the background.
Since the ordinance was introduced by unanirlous vote, it
may be placed on the consent calendar.
