Dear Mayor Genser and Council Members,
On behalf of the California State Lands Commission, I would like to respectfully
request the use of your council chambers on June 1, 2009, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to hold
our regular State Lands Commission Meeting.
The State Lands Commission manages state-owned tide and submerged lands.
It consists of the Lieutenant Governor, the State Controller and the Director of Finance.
The Commission generally holds two meetings a year in Southern California to give
local residents the opportunity to hear about issues that affect their area and to have the
opportunity to voice any coricerns.
