Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached interim ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 14, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading an interim
ordinance permitting pawnbrokers as permitted uses in the C3 Downtown Commercial
and C3-C Downtown Overlay Districts. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
