Included as Project Pao. 113 in our 1901-52 Agree-
ment for the expenditure of State Gasoline Tax Funds is a
10,000 Contingency Fund, the ourpose of ~rahich is to finance
such. unforeseen items. None of this amount has been p:co-
gramrned for expenditure to date.
No expenditure of Contingency Project funds can
be made, h.o~nreve-r, until such expenditure has been -requested
by the City Council and approved by the :State Division of
Highways.
It therefore is recommended that the City Council
be requested to auth.ori2e the Acting City Engineer to
request approval from the State Division of High?nays to
spend not to exceed 7,000 from Contingency Fund Project ~•'
No. 113 for the purpose of financing that portion of the
Lincoln Boulevard sump storm drain that lies within the
right of ?•vay of Seventh Street. _-
