Transmitted herewith is the "Field Report and Recommenda-
tion for Proposed Building Encroachment" for a proposed
remodeling of the front of the store located at 116 Santa
Monica Boulevard.
The permit provides for the installation of a new facade
on the front of the existing building which will encroach
4 inches into the street right of way.
This encroachment grill not in any way affect the public
use of the sidewalk.
Tt is recommended that the City Council be requested to
approve this encroachment.
