Transmitted herewith is the field report and recommenda-
tion for proposed building encroachment for Mr, and Mrs.
James Adamoli at 751 - 25th Street on the Montana Avenue
side.
The encroachment consists of a step 7~" high encroaching
onto public property 19" for a distance of approximately
30n~
Since the principal reason or justification is apparently
the fact that it has been built, together vaith the fact
this would establish a precedent, it is recommended that
this request for encroachment be denied.
