Transmitted herewith is the field report and recommenda- tion for proposed building encroachment for Southern California Edison Company substation at 1721 - 22nd Street, The encroachment consists of a decorative metal screen encroaching approximately 8 inches into the public right-of-way from grade to a height of 20 feet and for a distance of 16 feet.
