SUBJECT: Recommendation for Encroachment Permit - 1721 22nd Street.
Transmitted herewith is the field report and recommenda-
tion for proposed building encroachment for Southern
California Edison Company substation at 1721 - 22nd
Street,
The encroachment consists of a decorative metal screen
encroaching approximately 8 inches into the public
right-of-way from grade to a height of 20 feet and for
a distance of 16 feet.
Since this screening would beautify the area at no
detriment to the City, it is recommended that the
request for encroachment be granted.
