Recommendation for encroachment permit
at 3000 Ocean Park Boulevard.
Transmitted, herewith, is the "Field Report and
Recommendation for Proposed Building Encroachment"
for 3000 Ocean Park Boulevard.
This permit provides for the installation of window
screens, louver-siding and plaster work on the existing
building at various locations along the entire frontage
between 25th Street and Centinella Avenue. The extent of
these encroachments vary from - 0" to a maximum of 2 13j16".
This will be a definite improvement to the appearance of
the building, and it is recommended that this permit be
granted.
