Transmitted, herewith, is the "Field Report and Recommendation for Proposed Building Encroachment" for 3000 Ocean Park Boulevard. This permit provides for the installation of window screens, louver-siding and plaster work on the existing building at various locations along the entire frontage between 25th Street and Centinella Avenue. The extent of these encroachments vary from - 0" to a maximum of 2 13j16". This will be a definite improvement to the appearance of the building, and it is recommended that this permit be granted.
