Request for Encroachment Permit - Holiday Inn
This office has received a request from the contractors
for the Holiday Inn to encroach into the Second Street
approach to the ivIain Street Bridge to install shoring
for the purpose of constructing a retaining wall.
Attached hereto is the request for encroachment, together
with the field report and sketch prepared by this office.
The encroachment, as proposed, will not interfere with
the publics use of the street and sidewalk, and will not
interfere with any proposed future construction within
the right-of-way.
It is recommended that the City Council be requested to
approve this encroachment.
