This permit provides for two footings to extend into the Wilshire Boulevard right of way a distance of 18 inches at a minin:urn depth of 12 inches below grade. The public use of the City property is not affected in any way by this encroachment. It is recommended that the City Council be requested to approve this encroacnrnent.
