SUBJECT: wdidening of 20th Street - Freeway L'o
As you know, the subject project involves both
acquisition of right-of-way and construction. State
Gasoline llax Project No. 115 includes funds for both of
the above ;purposes.
A total of p110,500 is available in the above
project for right-of-way acquisition. Costs to be
financed from this allocation include not only acquisition
'ut construction of certain retaining walls, remodeling of
driveways, and other items necessary to provide access to,
or support, adjacent property.
The Assistant City Attorney has informed me that
an additional ;13,500 grill be required to complete the

be requested to authorize the City Engineer to request

to exceed 3,500 from Contingency Fund Project No. 123 for
