Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 13, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading an
interim ordinance extending the current interim ordinances modifying the development
review thresholds to require that .any housing project in excess of fifty units obtain a
development review permit and to adjust the applicability provision of the ordinances.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
