The Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce has req~i'e'std'drosf=o{f
ramps at 14th Street to relieve traffic congestion at the Cloverfield
and Lincoln Boulevard access points. The administration concurs
in the position of the Chamber of Commerce and recommends that
the City Council authorize action to urge the Division of Highways
to create this additional point of ingress and egress to and from the
Santa Monica Freeway.
