SUBJECT: Final Map Approval
Introduction
This report transmits a Final P4ap for City Council approval of the following
condominium project which received Tentative Approval October 6, 1980:

Background
After public hearing and careful review of the record and staff recommendations,
the City Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map for the above project.
The action of the Planning Commission was based on its finding that the pro-
posed subdivision should cause no substantial environmental damage and is in
conformance with all state and local laws and regulations and applicable General
Plan Elements. The Final f4ap conforms to the Tentative Map. The License Division
reports that the developer has either paid or agreed to pay the condominium tax.
The Building and Safety and Fire Departments indicate that the project meets
present fire safety requirements. Approval by the County Engineer's office has
been received for the project.
Three dwelling units were removed by March 26, 1979 and construction began
October 26, 1979 and in currently about 90°~ comoleted.
Alternatives
State and City ordinances require approval of final subdivision maps which comply
with approved Tentative Maps.

Inasmuch as the Final Map conforms to the approved Tentative Map, the buildings
meet required safety standards and the tax has been paid or an agreement to pay
executed, it is respectfully recommended that the City Council affirm the find-
ings of the Planning Commission and approve said Map.. by approving the attached
Resolution.

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37334 in the City of
Santa Monica. presented by Bruce J. Schultz and Sidney Diamond,
being a subdivision .for condominium purposes of a Portion of
Lot F, Block 45, of Amended "'tap of the Totan of Santa Monica, as
shown on P?ap recorded in Boot. 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of
Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is aut'_:orized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map t'~is order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk s'_~all certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thencefort`: and thereafter t'~e same shall
be in full force and effect.
