SUBJECT: Approval of Final Tract Map Number T-39141,
1525 Grant Street, Charles C. Hou
On March 1, 1982, the City entered into a Stipulation of
Judgment regarding settlement of a lawsuit which challenged the
denial of the above referenced final tract map. Pursuant to the
stipulation, a writ of mandamus has been issued ordering the City
to certify and approve the final map pursuant to the
Subdividision Map Act.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City Council
approve Final Tract Map Number 39141 by adopting the standard
resolution.

THE CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF SANTA h10`dICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No, 39141 in
the City of Santa Monica be and the same hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed o_endorse upcn the_face of said Map this
order authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3, That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
