SUBJECT: Approval of Final Tract Map Number 36802,
2325 20th Street, Charles C. Hou
On March 1, 1982, the City entered into a Stipulation of
Judgment regarding settlement of a lawsuit which challenged the
denial of the above referenced final tract map. Pursuant to the
stipulation, a writ of mandamus has been issued ordering the City
to certify and approve the final map pursuant to the
Subdividision Map Act.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City Council
approve Final Tract Map Number 36802 by adopting the standard
resolution.

AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MO"dICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That the Map of Tract No. 36802 in
the City of Santa i4onica be and the same hereby accepted and
aparoved,
SECTIOPJ 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this
order authenticated by the Seal. of the City of Santa Pionica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
