On January 12th, the Council adopted Resolution No. 6417(CCS)
approving Final Tract Map Number 39379 submitted by James
Nosratian, et al, for a new six unit condominium project
at 933 Ninth Street.
RECOMMENDATION
Because of problems with the County Recorder related to the
date of approval, it is recommended that Council adopt the
attached resolution establishing today as the date of approval.
