SUBJECT: Approval of Final Tract Map Number 39739
Pursuant to a judgment entered in the case of 933 Nihth
Street Condominiums v. City Council of the City of Santa
Monica, Los Angeles Superior Court, Case Number WEC 70140,
the City Council is required to approve Final Tract Map
Number 39739. (The judgment is the result of a stipulation
approved by the City Council in September, 1981.) The final
tract map is for a six unit condominium project.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that _Final Tract Map
Number 39739 be approved...

AND APPR@VING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 39739
THE CITY COUNCIL 06 THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract. No. 39739 in
the City of Santa Monica be and the same hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized
and directed. to endorse upon the face of said Map this
order authenticated by the Seat of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
