Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Couhcil adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 16, 2008, the City Council, introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Municipal Code Section 2.12.155 establishing a Commissioner
Emeritus position on the Recreation and Parks Commission. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
