Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting oh July 23, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance repealing and deleting Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.08.700
relating to handbills. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
