Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council amend Sections of Chapter 7.16.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 27, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending sections of the Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 7.16 relating
to water conservation. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
