Subject: Adoption of Ordinance Amending the City's Massage Regulations
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 13, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the City's massage regulations clarifying and updating them to
better conform to community needs and current case law. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
