SUBJECT: Ordinance Establishing Procedures for
the Processing of Development Agreements
At its meeting on January 26, 1982, the City Council
introduced an ordinance establishing procedures for the
processing of development agreements. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
