Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 8, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending Municipal Code Chapter 4.65, the Living Wage Law, to create an exemption
for banking services and eliminate the annual adjustment to the contract threshold. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
