SUBJECT: Ordinance Establishing Notification and Permit
Fee Requirements for Proceedings Commenced Under
the Interim Permit Procedures Established by
Ordinance Number 1220 (CCS)
At its meeting on October 13, 1981, the City Council
introduced for first reading an ordinance to establish
notification and permit fee requirements for proceedings
commenced under Ordinance Number 1220 (CCS). The ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
