Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 25, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the method of levying assessments pursuant to the property and
business improvements district law of 1994.. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Councii for adoption.
