Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 25, 2008,. the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance imposing a temporary suspension of certain municipal code provisions and
other legal requirements within stated boundaries for the purpose of conducting aone-
night arts festival. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
