SUBJECT: Request for Additional Appropriation - Woodlawxr Cemetery
We have had a series of mechanical problems
with the Vacuum used at the Cemetery to pick up leaves
and grass clippings that have resulted in our Automotive
Repair Account No. 641-2g2 being over-expended.
We are hopeful that all of these major problems
have now been corrected; however, in order to provide for
maintenance and repair of Cemetery equipment for the
remainder of the 1g69-70 fiscal year an additional
appropriation will be required.
Therefore, it is recommended that the City
Council be requested to appropriate $2800 from Unappro-
priated Surplus to Account 641-292 to finance automotive
and equipment repairs until July 1, 1870.
