Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 11, 2008, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance extending, with modifications and clarifications, the interim ordinance
modifying the City's density bonus and affordable housing incentives in accordance with
state density bonus law. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
