Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 27, 2007, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Section 10.04.06.220 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to
the use of the Santa Monica Municipal Airport to its federally designated specification of
ARC B-II. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
