13-C: Request of Councilmember Holbrook that staff study additional lighting needs in
Reed Park along with planned park improvements.
Background:
Many people use Miles Playhouse and other park meeting rooms after dark and there is
no lighting along the sidewalks. The park is dark and unwelcoming.
