Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 13, 2007, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adopting the California Building Standards Code and the Santa Monica
Amendments to the California Building Standards Code. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
