Designated Landmark Building or Contributing Structure to an Adopted

Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 26, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance modifying various sections of the Municipal Code to modify development
standards and implement incentives for projects that include the retention and
preservation of a designed Landmark building or Contributing Structure to an adopted
Historic District, The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
