Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 28, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Chapter 9.72 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code to establish a child
care linkage fee program. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
