SUBJECT: Ord1nance Designat1ng D1rector of F1nance as
Treasurer for Redevelopment Agency
At its meeting on September 1, 1981, the City Council
1ntroduced for first read1ng an ord1nance des1gnating the
D1rector of Finance as the Treasurer for the Redevelopment
Agency and permitting the appointment of a deputy treasurer.
The ordinance 1S now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ord1nance be adopted.
