Ordlnance Approving Amendment Number 2 to
Development Agreement with CPL
Relating to Mortgagee Protection
At lts meeting on April 10, 1984, the City Council
introduced for first reading an ordinance amendlng paragraph 27
of the Development Agreement with Colorado Place Limited relating
to mortgagee protectlon.
The ordinance is now presented to the
City Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
