Introduction
At its meeting on July 12, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance extending a moratorium on new or expanded retail uses on the ground floor
of the Third Street Promenade with limited exceptions. The ordinance is now presented
to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
