Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 25, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending various sections of the Municipal Code to modify the options for
meeting affordable housing requirements. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
