ThlS report transrnlts a Flnal Parcel Map for Clty Councl1 approv-
al of the followlng two lot land subdlvls10n WhlCh recelved Ten-
tatlve Map approval from the Plannlng Commisslon on November 19,
1984.

BACKGROUND
After publlc hear~ng and careful reVlew of the record and staff
recomrnendatlons, the Clty Plannlng Commlssion approved the Tenta-
tlve Map for the above proJect on November 19, 1984.
The actlon
of the Plannlng COJnmlSSlon was based on its flndlngs that the
proposed subdlV1Slon would cause no substantlal envlronmental
damage and lS 1n conformance with all State and local laws and
regulat10ns and app11cable General Plan Elements.
The Flnal TI1ap
conforms to the Tentat1ve Map.
The proJect has been approved by
the Los Angeles County Englneer I S off1.ce and cert1fled by the

RECOMMENDATION
It lS respectfully recommended that the Flnal Map be approved by
adoptlon of the accompany~ng resolut1on.

ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 16458
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 16458 ~n the Clty of
Santa ~onlca be and the sa~e hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby 18 authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adop-
tlon of thls Resolut~on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ~n full force and effect.
