BACKGROUND
After public hearlng and careful reVlew of the record and staff
recommendatlons, the Clty Councll, on appeal, approved the Tenta-
tlve ~ap for the above proJect on ~arch 26, 1985.
The act loon of
the Counell was based on lts flndlngs that the proposed subdlVl-
SlOD would cause no substantlal environmental damage and lS In
conformance wlth all State and local laws and regulatlons and
appllcable General Plan Elements.
The Flnal ~ap conforms to the
Tentatl ve ~ap.
The Llcense DlvJ..sion reports that the developer
has agreed to pay the eondomlnJ..um tax.
The proJect has been ap-
proved by the Los Angeles County Englneer's offlce and certlf~ed
by the Clty Englneer for conformance wlth the Tentatlve ~ap and
condltlons thereon, the SubdlvlSlon "'1ap Act and local ordlnances.
