BACKGROUND
After publlC hearing and careful reVlew of the record and staff
recommendations, the Clty Plann~ng Comm~SSlon approved the Tenta-
tlve Map for the above proJect on November 4, 1985.
The Clty
Councll approved the Tentatlve Map following a public hearlng on
an appeal on December 10, 1985. The actlons of the Plannlng Com-
mlSS10n and C1ty Council 1ncorporated flndlngs that the proposed
subdl V1Slon would cause no substantlal environmental damage and
1S ln conformance with all State and local laws and regulatlons
and appllcable General Plan Elements.

The FJ..nal Map conforms to the TentatJ.. ve Map.
The proJect has
been approved by the Los Angeles County EngJ..neer 's offlce and
certlfled by the Clty Englneer for conformance wJ..th the Tentative
Map and condl tlons thereon, the Subdlvlslon Map Act and local
ordlnances.
The Clty Attorney I s offlce has approved the cove-
nants, condltions and restrlctlons for the Flnal Map as complYlng
wlth the condltlons of the Tentative Map and appllcable laws.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendatlon presented in this report does not have a bud-
get or flscal lmpact.
RECOMMENDATION
It lS respectfully recommended that the FJ..nal Map be approved by
adoptlon of the accompanYlng resolutlon.

ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 43805 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca be and the same hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ ty Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. 'That the C~ ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adop-
tion of th~s Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be In full force and effect.
