Th~s report transmlts a Final Tract Map for C~ty Counc~l approval
of the followlng condorn~n~um proJect wh~ch rece~ved Tentat~ve Map
approval from the Plannl.ng Comrn~ss~on 1n March:

BACKGROUND
After publlC hearlng and careful reVlew of the record and staff
recomrnendatlons, the C~ty Plannlng Comrnl.ssl.on approved the Tenta-
t~ve Map for the above proJect on March 4, 1985.
The action of
the Plann~ng Comml.SSl.on was based on lts f~nd~ngs that the pro-
posed subd~v~sl.on would cause no substantl.al envlronmental damage
and ~s 1n conformance w~th all State and local laws and regula-
tlons and appllcable General Plan Elements.
The Flnal Map con-
forms to the Tentatlve Map.
The Llcense D~ V1Sl.On reports that
the developer has agreed to pay the condoml.nl.um tax. The proJect
has been approved by the Los Angeles County Engl.neer's offl.ce and

cert1f1ed by the C1ty Eng1neer for conformance w1th the Tentat1ve
Map and cond1t1ons thereon, the Subd1vis1on Map Act and local
ord1nances.
The C1 ty Attorney 's off1ce has approved the
cove-
nants, cond1t1ons and restrlct10ns for the F1nal Map as complY1ng
w1th the cond1tlons of the Tentat1ve Map and appl1cable laws.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendat1on presented 1n th1s report does not have a bud-
get or f1scal 1rnpact.
RECOMMENDATION
It lS respectfully recommended that the F1nal Map be approved by
adopt1on of the accornpanY1ng resolutlon.
