Th1S report transm1ts a Final Map for City Council approval of
the following condom1nium proJect Wh1Ch received Tentat1ve
Approval October 3, 1983:

B~ckground
After public hear1ng and careful reV1ew of the record and staff
recommendat1ons, the City Plann~ng CornmlSSlon approved the
Tentative Map for the above project. The action of the Plann1ng
Cornm1ss1on was based on 1ts f1ndings that the proposed subd1v1sion
should cause no substant1al environmental damage and is 1n
conformance w1th all state and local laws and regulat~ons and
appl1cable General Plan Elements. The F1nal Map conforms to the
Tentat1ve Map. The L1cense D1V1S1on reports that the developer
has agreed to pay the condomlnium tax. The project
has been approved by the Los Angeles County Eng1neerls off1ce and
and certified by the City Engineer for conformance with the
SubdlV1S10n Map Act and local ord1nances.

ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 15831
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 15831 in
the C1ty of Santa Monica he and the same hereby accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed
and d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1S
order authenticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
