Sorell Background At ltS meetlng on November B, 1984, the Clty Councll approved, on appeal from the Plannlng Commlsslon, Tentatlve Tract Map Number 379B4, Condltlonal Use Permlt Number 358, and Develop- ment ReV1ew Number 207, and dlrected the Clty Attorney to return wlth findlngs and condltlons. On November 15, 1984, the Clty Councll approved a set of flndlngs and condltlons In connectlon with lts determination of November 8. (See attachment) The Flnal Map conforms with the Tentatlve Map. The developer has compIled wlth the tenant notlflcatlon requlrements set forth 1n Government Code Sect~on 66427.1 and attached as conditlons of the Tcntat~ve Map. The L~ccnse D~v~s~on reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condoIDlnlum tax. The proJect has been approved by the County Englneer1s offlce and certifled to-a MAY 2 2 19U e e Mayor and C~ty Cauncll -2- May 22, 1984 by the Clty Englneer for conformance wlth the Tentatlve Map and condltlons thereon, the Subdlvislon Map Act, and local ordlnances. The Clty Attorney's offlce has approved the Covenants, Condltlons and Restrlctlons for the Flnal Map as complYlng wlth the condi- tlons of the Tentatlve Map and appllcable laws.
