At lts meetlng on November 8, 1984, the Clty Councll approved,
on appeal from the Plannlng COmffilSS10n, Tentatlve Tract Map
Number 37984, Condltional Use Permlt Number 358, and Develop-
ment ReVlew Number 207, and dlrected the Clty Attorney to ~
return wlth flndlngs and condltlons. On November l5, 1984, the
City Councll approved a set of flndlngs and condltlons In

The Flnal Map conforms wlth the Tentatlve Map_ The developer
has compIled w1th the tenant notlflcat1on requlrements set forth
in Government Code Sectlon 66427.1 and attached as condltlons
of the Tentative Map. The Llcense D1V1Slon reports that the
developer has agreed to pay the condomlnlum tax. The proJect
has been approved by the County Englneerls offlce and certlf1ed

t10ns of the Tentatlve Map and appl1cable laws.
Recomrnendat1on
It 1S respectfully recoIT~ended that the FInal Map be approved by
the adoptlon of the accompanYlng resolut1on.
