Recommended Action
Staff recvmmends that the City adopt the accompanying resolutian approving Final
Tract Map No. 614Ci~.
Executive Summary
This report transmits far City ~o~ncil approval a Final Tract fUlap for the foliowing
candominium project. The Tentative Tract Map was approved by the Planning
Commission on June 15, 2005.

Discussion
After a public hearing and careful review of the recard and staff recommendations, the
Planning Commission approved a Tentative Tract Map far the above praject on June
15, 2005. The action of the Planning Commission was based on its findings that the

proposed subdivisian will have no significant environmental impact and is in
conformance with all state and local laws and regulations, and applicable GeneraE Plan
Elements, The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. The developer will be
required to show proaf af payment of the condominium #ax of $3,C?QQ prior to issuance of
building permit. The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County Engineer's
office and certified by the Gity Engineer for conforrnance with the Tenta#ive Map and
conditions thereon, the 5ubdivision Map Act and local ordinances. The City Engineer's
office indicates that there are no required off-site public improvements. The City
Attorney's office has approved the ~ovenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Final
Map as complying with #he conditions of #he Tentative Map and applicable iaws.
